Wikipedia's elite class use a secret mailing list to accuse and block people for having multiple accounts without providing evidence publicly. Recently, a wonderfully productive editor was blocked because the administrator thought all the good edits were part of an evil plot to gain the community's trust. Many are angry, but Wikipedia's leader Jimmy Wales tries to suppress the evidence posted by whisteblower Giano.
Kelly Martin says,
The problem is that their false positive rate is about 90 per cent - or higher. It's possible that every last person Durova has identified is innocent.
The list in question is the one to which Durova posted her faulty evidence tthat the user in question had multiple accounts. However, Jimmy Wales refers to it as "a list for people who have been the victims of cyberstalking".
